On a daily, we tend to lose a lot of water whether it is in the form of sweat or waste. It is common sense to fuel your body with healthy nutrients and a lot of water. Water has so many health benefits.
Avoid touching your face
Thanks to COVID-19 I think a lot of people do not touch their faces that often anymore. It is one of the common ways you can get pimples and breakouts. Kendall Jenner, a supermodel, is very strict about this rule. “Never touch your face, never pick your face, and wear eye cream”.
Remove your makeup
Never ever go to bed with makeup on. It blocks your pores! I think you all know this by now. So always ensure that your face is properly cleansed before night time. It is also a good idea and beneficial to give your face a rest over weekends or any off days.
Unclog your pores with steam
Once in a while, I would definitely recommend that you steam your face. It is up to you whether it is DIY at home or at a professional practice. After cleansing your face thoroughly, use medium heat water (not too hot!) steam on your face to open up your pores. Beauty Tips And Tricks
Simply put your face over the hot steam and put a towel over your head to trap the steam in. Slowly your pores will start to open up and it becomes easier to remove the dirt. Following with a soothing mask. After that, I suggest that you use a product that is specifically for tightening pores.
An easy tip and trick to get rid of puffiness in the morning are by applying ice to your skin. This is ideal before going to bed or in the mornings. Just put some ice in a towel/cloth and put it on your face for a few seconds on and off. Another tip is to put your skin care products in the fridge. It feels more refreshing and helps with de-puffing.
